# Problem: Installation Step 2

 * After proving MySQL Credentials, it asks for username, password, email, etc..
   
   After that at 2nd step of installation, nothing happens, there appears just a
   logo. When I refresh the page it says that the installation is successful. But
   unable to login. When I access phpMyAdmin, it don’t have any record in wp-users
   table. It would be a great help if someone is there who can help me to login.

 * @adkprasana, Please check your phpmyadmin user permission.. allow all rights 
   to that particular user and try to reinstall.

   would be a logical decision and keep the amount of active plugins to a min.

 * Sounds like the Database did not create all the way. could still be perm issue
   as mentioned but, sounds like it may need to be re-installed, database also. 
   Make sure the WordPress software you are installing meets the requirements of
   the different server’s software services such as PHP, MySQL, ect..

 * I experienced this same issue, and had to increase the max_execution_time in 
   php.ini or call [http://php.net/manual/en/function.set-time-limit.php](http://php.net/manual/en/function.set-time-limit.php)

 * sorry for replying late. Yes, editing, max_execution_time in php.ini solved the
   problem 🙂
