I am completely lost at installing a popup onto my site. I want the popup to open when a visitor clicks on a Call to Action button. I have a form embedded using iframe for my perspective clients to fill out on this popup. My Call to Action buttons are located on every page of my site and on every Slide of a 5 page Slider I built using Depicter as well.

First I need to know how to get my Slider CTA buttons to open the Popup and Second how do I get my site CTA buttons to open the Popup?

The Tutorial video for creating a popup isn’t very helpful. Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there, hope you’re doing well!

It doesn’t matter where you’ve placed your call-to-action button on your website – whether it’s on a slider, in the header or footer, or anywhere else. All you need to do is give it a CSS ID, and then you can use that same ID as the Click Trigger in your Popup Display Conditions section. Please take a look at the screenshots I’ve included, and of course, feel free to ask if you have any more questions.

Example of a button on a page with a CSS ID:

The “Click” trigger in the Display Condition section for the target Popup:

Based on your question I asked our YouTube team to creat a video showing how to open a video lightbox when clicking on a button os it is worth to take a look at our Youtube as well

I’ve tried the changes you suggested above but it’s not working. I’ve added screen shots of the settings i made.

    Depicter Slider Button

I’m not sure if I need to add custom JS so that the button will actually open the popup?

And finally a button from my page from Elemnetor.

Thanks again for any help you may provide.
