# problem loading header image

 * When I load an image for the header, nothing shows up. The file is 690×115, saved
   as a gif file (for the web) in Illustrator. What am I doing wrong?

 * What do you mean “load an image for the header”?
 * Are you trying to upload an image through the WP admin interface…maybe through
   a theme that allows this? Or through your FTP program? Or….?
