# Problem loading new theme

 * I have a blog with a registered domain.
    I want to load a new free child theme.
   When I go to, Appearance, Theme; there is no option to upload a new theme or 
   add new or install theme. My hosting company says it’s not something on their
   side and I can’t find anyone who can help me?
 * What have I done wrong? Could anyone assist?

 * Do you want to load a new theme or child theme?
 * If you want to make a child theme you need to create the files yourself and upload
   them to your hosting account.

 * If you want to add a new free theme then there should be an option to add new
   theme just right of the Theme header.
