# Problem loading page

 * Hi there!
 * Glad to be here! Hope you’re having a great week so far.
 * Okay, I have ran into a weird problem I have never seen before … This website:
   [http://babysbeginnings.party/](http://babysbeginnings.party/) … is giving me
   a “Problem loading page” error. It was working at one time … anyway when you 
   add index/php ( [http://babysbeginnings.party/index.php](http://babysbeginnings.party/index.php))
   it works.
 * We called the hosting company and they are saying it is something with WordPress.
   They told us to deactivate all the plugins then use a WordPress default Theme
   to if that solved the problem … well it didn’t.
 * So here I am asking for help, support, and/or guidance in how to solve this issue.
 * How can get the [http://babysbeginnings.party/](http://babysbeginnings.party/)
   to load without the /index.php at the end?

   one server to another OR into its own folder?

 * Also… do you have access to your File Manager through your hosting account…
    
   or… od you have a FTP client such as Filezilla… to access your WordPress installation?
