# Problem loading your plugin!!

 * Hello,
 * Not sure if I should expect a reply as notice a lot of the question here have
   gone unanswered…. doesn’t make me want to rush out and purchase the pro version
   😉
 * At the moment I’m testing on my subdomain, but it doesn’t load in the WP page
   editor has not on many sites I’ve tested on, and on front end only keeps freezing.

   solve this! If it’s a plugin bug, then it will get fixed for the next plugin 
   release which will happen very soon as there are already plenty of changes done
   and a few months have passed since the plugin was updated. When you’re saying
   it doesn’t load in the WP editor, are you saying that it does show that it’s 
   loading, but it isn’t or it’s not showing at all? Some print screens would be
   good to have. You can share them via a website such as [https://imgbb.com/](https://imgbb.com/).

 * Thank-you for taking the time to respond.
 * Yes it is loading in the WP editor, says it’s loading with the circle, but never
   actually does…
    Front end loads, but half way down the list is freezes/locks 
   up and you have to reload the page so can’t actually use it at present..
 * I’ve presently deactivated your plugin and testing freesoul.

 * I have a similar issue, where the Asset Cleanup dropdown does not appear in the
   page editor.
 * Trying to post a screenshot, but I’m not getting that option in the editor.
 * WP: 5.9.3
    Asset Cleanup Version 1.3.8.5 PHP 7.4.15
 * Working on two other sites, one at 5.9.2 and one at 5.9.3
