Problem profile log with multiple accounts

Hello,

I have been experiencing a problem for some time. We are about ten users on my WP website.
Very often, when I am logged in, the name of another user appears at the top right.
This had been the case for a long time and it did not cause any problems.
But, since I switched to wordpress 5, this prevents me, when I post a new article, to change the parent page on all pages. It is very disabling for my team of writers who is often blocked.
Do you know why this can happen?
I have an error in the console:
POST https://mywebsite.com/guide/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 403

I also have an other problem when I try to change the parent page directly from the creation of a new page. I have a lot of pages (about 3000), and the request requires each time to load 100 pages with all the content. I never get to the end, I have an error 500 before I could load all my pages so the dropdown menu doesn’t appear.

Do you have ideas to fix my issues?
