 * Hi There,
 * We’re getting the following error when trying to import from CSV.
 * ‘Problem Saving Upload’
 * I’ve tried with a csv with only 2 users, so I know it’s not a file size issue
   and I am also able to add users manually to this list.
 * Can you please advise?

 * CSV files can be tricky. Any little formatting issue can interfere. That’s why
   we have an alternative. Try this.

 * Thanks for your quick reply.
 * Unfotunately we have over 600 entries we’d like to import and when we copy and
   paste to add users manually we need to add commas for each entry.
 * Is there anyway I can provide you with the file I’m trying to upload to test?

 * hi ellah6,
 * it could be a permissions issue it sounds like SendPress can’t copy the upload
   CSV file to your wp-content folder. If you want to email your list to [help@sendpress.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-saving-upload-when-importing-from-csv/help@sendpress.com?output_format=md)
   i will test it but based on that error message i think it can’t save the file
   to disk.
