Problem sending email notification

    Hello everyone, everything good?

    My plugin is not sending email notifications, for example, when a coupon is used.

    The option to send emails is enabled in the settings and installed an SMTP log plugin which is not logging the email output.

    What should I do?

    Please also ensure you are using the latest version of the plugin (5.7.0) as there was a patch recently that fixed an email notification issue for some sites.

    Also, the notification sent for “New Coupon Usage / Commission Earned” is only sent out once the order status is “completed”, not when the order is created, so please ensure the order status is updated to completed.
