 * Hello,
 * Since I made the update to version 3.0 of the plugin, the site is overloaded 
   when I publish an article and few hours after.
 * A picture of the activity of my cpu:

 * I just disable the plugin and it works again.
 * No problem with the 2.7.8 release
 * I have PHP 5.4.35

 * I still have the same problem with version 3.0.1.
 * No problem with the 2.7.8 release
