 * Hey Koko,
 * we have the Problem, that the Statistics only update when we log into the Admin
   account. Then it adds up all Visits/Pageviews on the Day of login (leaving the
   days between last login and current login) empty. I guess there is a Problem
   with Cron – but that is just a guess. The result is, that we have empty days
   with zero page views/visits and then days with the visits of multiple days added
   up. Do you have an idea how to solve this? WP and all Plugins are up2date. The
   Problem exists on multiple installations and different environments.
 * thank you in advance!

 * Hello [@quoup](https://wordpress.org/support/users/quoup/),
 * That does indeed soune like a problem with WP Cron.
 * One possible improvement is to use a true server-side cronjob instead of the
   default WP cron mechanism: [https://www.kokoanalytics.com/kb/replacing-wp-cron-with-a-server-cronjob/](https://www.kokoanalytics.com/kb/replacing-wp-cron-with-a-server-cronjob/)
 * It could be that WP Cron is actually running but some other scheduled event is
   running before the one scheduled by Koko Analytics and never finishing. So you
   could also try disabling all other plugins one by one and then checking to see
   if it starts working.
 * There are various plugins to help you investigate this further, [https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-cron-manager/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-cron-manager/)
   used to be quite good for this.
 * I hope that helps. if not, let us know please.

 * Check if you are using the Duplicator Pro plugin. That one (since version 4.5.13.
   x) has a bug affecting the cron schedules of Koko Analytics (and quite probably
   other plugins too). I have reported the bug to the Duplicator team.

 * I am also seeing the same problem on my various web sites. Koko only shows stats
   from the day I login.

 * [@j](https://wordpress.org/support/users/j/).hoffmann: yes we are using Duplicator
   Pro on the affected sites. I just deactivated the plugin to test if it works
   afterwards. I’ll let you guys know. Thanks for the hint!

 * with Duplicator Pro deactivated it seems to be working again. Hope Duplicator
   will fix this problem soon! Thank you [@jhoffmann](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jhoffmann/)!

 * [@quoup](https://wordpress.org/support/users/quoup/) I have received feedback,
   that the issue will be adressed with the next release of Duplicator Pro.

 * I have gone through some good testing. For now the solution seems to be.
   If using
   Duplicator.Take a backup. Deactivate Duplicator.Do a bunch of hard refreshes.
   Hopefully Koko Analytics will now show the stats daily.In relation to this I
   made this Github issue to be able to easier share screenshots and a video if
   needed. [https://github.com/ibericode/koko-analytics/issues/235](https://github.com/ibericode/koko-analytics/issues/235)

 * Maybe the developers of Duplicator Pro are not aware that this issue is affecting
   multiple people. Has anyone besides me contacted them directly? [@paaljoachim](https://wordpress.org/support/users/paaljoachim/)
   maybe send them links to the github issue you created and to the support threads
   here.
 * On the other side, Koko Analytics could mitigate the problem by attributing hits
   to the time they were recorded instead of the time when they are aggregated.

 * Hey [@jhoffmann](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jhoffmann/)
 * I have contacted Duplicator support about the Github issue as well as this thread.
   I am following up on that.

 * A Duplicator support tech added a fix to one of my sites which worked.
   They
   plan on adding the fix to the next release of the Duplicator Pro version.

 * It took a while, but a new version of Duplicator Pro was finally dropped today.
   I checked the problematic part of the code and it seems to be patched to work
   correctly now.
