After doing preparing a new newsletter in the backend MP does not work anymore. The whole site is broken, I had to deactivate the plugin. He also has no more access to the PRO-Version, therefore I cannot retrieve his license. He does not remember his login to PRO. Sorry. 😉 I deactivated all other plugins and activated the twentytwentyfour theme. PHP was updated (WAS: 7.4, IS: 8.1) The problem still remains. There seems to be a bug in the database. How can I fix that?I am glad about any ideas. The support suggested to reinstall the plugin. But that does not change the problem either. As the plugin completely destroys the frontend while it is activated, I cannot use it at all. * The problem also remains, if all other plugins are deactivated and the theme twentytwentyfour is used. It is more than strange. 😉 The website used Mailpoet PRO (or at least had it installed and activated) but had no licence. That is why the site owner did not know his login to the account. Very strange. I am happy that the problem is resolved. But please tell me one thing: How can he have the PRO-Plugin installed without having a licence? Does that mean, that he had a licence once, but it is now outdated?
