# Problem transferring hosts

 * Hello,
 * I have followed all of the instructions on [http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/move2/](http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/move2/)
   but I still get a 404 error.
 * 1. I have updated the nameservers with godaddy yesterday, it has been more than
   24 hours.
    2. uploaded all the files from the old to the new host 3. Created 
   my new database and updated the wp_config.php file
 * Any ideas?

 * Did you use Mr. Merrill’s WordPress Database Backup to backup WP database and
   upload it at the new host?
 * Oh, okay. So you must have used Skippy or whatever. I have never used Skippy.
   So I don’t have much to say.
 * Hmm… Try using WordPress Database Backup instead of coming the database with 
   phpMyAdmin.
