Hello,
Could you please send me screenshots with the issue and links to that specific parts of your site?
With the best regards,
Hello

It’s during the checkout process on the website, first step of checkout.
Site: https://nammiland.is
I have had to unlock the site since it’s not live yet so the faster I can lock it back down the better 😉
Any word on this? I’d really want to lock my site down again 😉
Hello,
The rest of the strings from the form were originally in Icelandic?
Are you somehow able to edit the form’s labels?
You could also edit those strings directly from the database.
Your content is saved into the wp_trp* tables, look for those strings and edit them.
Let me know how this goes!
With the best regards,
hello
No the site is all originally in English, not sure why it acts like this to be honest.
The form lables are original woocommerce, and I have not found a way to directly edit them.
I’ll look for those tables and see if I can edit them from there. thanks
ok I have went through all the trp files I can find and none contain these strings that your app seems to recognize as icelandic for some reason. any other ideas?
Ok quite strange.
My co-worker continued translating the site yesterday and then the shipping address and city/town strings in checkout were working correctly so he could translate them.
We updated the plugin today, since we found a new string that would not translate, during the cart dropdown on hover “No products in cart” was not translatable same way as the Street address used to be.
So I fixed that finally by finding this in woocommerce/i18n/languages/woocommerce.pot
#: templates/cart/mini-cart.php:92
msgid “No products in the cart.”
msgstr “”
and add that to the translatepress-multilingual/languages/translatepress-multilingual.pot file
then i could find that string ok and translate it.
However, now we have ran into a new issue.
During checkout the “Next” button on first stage of checkout translates fine.
on second stage (shipping stage) the button does not translate, if we try to translate it, it show’s it to be the same translation string as the previous button that translates fine. so the app is not translating it the second time it show’s up, maybe due to some ajax issues?
