problem under upload and getting the response

when I upload “post_image” the post is going directly to my frontend postpage but the image stays in the mediathek.
On upload there is an error finding the page where my upload form is placed
“The requested URL /page1/page1/ was not found on this server.
http://www.homepage/page1/page1/?page_id=2060&response=fu-post-sent
when I manual delete one “page1” it works!
