# Problem update feed

 * It worked fine for months and a few weeks ago, it’s not updated anymore. I have
   to constantly delete the facebook feed in the plugin and re-create it to have
   the last update. Without this manual intervention, nothing is happening.

 * Please note that in our case the feed is updated. Please note that the last post
   in the [Facebook ](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JaVAXZf-rfZwWn2P8c1xoNcg376fMEx-/view?usp=sharing)
   that we can see is on 17th of July the same is in the [feed](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QEB-7NZYqwOJo9Om2m3JAQBCXWWcD8oH/view?usp=sharing).

 * There are two more posts, the first one dated 18 July and another one 5 hours
   ago, at least the one on July 18th should be visible, without having to activate
   and reinstall the plugin. But it does not work

 * Please make sure that you have followed the steps in [this tutorial,](https://web-dorado.com/wordpress-facebook-feed/options.html)
   create a Facebook app, copy the App ID and App Secret, then paste them in Facebook
   Feed WD > Options section. After this, you can get the Page Access Token. Please
