# Problem upgrading version

 * Hi – I tried a direct email but not sure if you saw it? I need to upgrade my 
   plugin and also the extension, but there is something weird about my hosting (
   Inmotion brilliant in every way except this odd thing!) which doesn’t allow the
   install of the plugin extension. I have paid again for the extension in the hope
   it would work this time (was a while back originally) but no joy. When I first
   installed it originally you helped me by telling me how to go into the plugin
   files and amend it manually – this was the only way we got it working,. Can you
   please help again now as my plugin does not currently work (pagination not working)

 * Actually I did see and respond to your email of 1/2. I sent an patch with the
   instructions to install at that time. Sorry we are no connecting.
 * Check your emails and I will resend the email from 1/2. If you have any questions,
   please use the direct email you used on the initial email. I would rather not
   post all the details in this forum.
