# Problem when saving settings

 * Hello, I have a problem with saving settings only when I start translating on
   Cyrillic buttons and messages.
   Error message: Something went wrong while saving
   the form. Please reload the page and try again. Please contact the plugin support
   team if this behavior persists.

 * When you get a chance, can you please [export the form ](https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-import-and-export-wpforms/)
   and share the file using file sharing sites like Google Drive or Dropbox so I
   can take a look at it? Also, can you please share if you’re seeing any error 
   messages in the browser console? In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting
