# Problem when scrolling

 * Hi, as you can see on [generalsv.it](http://www.generalsv.it) I have a problem
   when scrolling down (please try the page “contatti”).
 * I tried to post a question on your forum but when I login I get a blank page.
 * I also tried to deactivate every plugin and removing all the custom CSS code 
   but the problem doesnt leave.
 * **WP 3.8**

 * I noticed that the problem disappears if I remove the string <?php wp_footer();?
   > from footer.php, so maybe the problem is in the footer?
