Problem with 2FA – Incorrect Code, Can’t Remove It

    Hello,
    I enabled two-factor authentication on my ww.wp.xz.cn profile using Microsoft Authenticator. However, now I cannot remove it or change anything related to 2FA because the security code I enter is always reported as incorrect.

    I am still logged in, but I am afraid to log out because I won’t be able to log in again.

    I tried refreshing, checking time sync, and multiple attempts with no luck.

    Can someone from the support team please help me disable or reset 2FA on my account?

    Issue is solved. Time on my Ubuntu was not correct. After time sync I was able to use 2FA.
