# Problem with AI ENGINE

 * Hi, I have a problem with the chatbot because when I’m logged in as an administrator,
   if I go to the chat page, it works, but if I go to the site page when I’m not
   logged in, I get this error when I try to write.
   Sorry, you are not allowed to
   do that.

 * This mostly happens when your WordPress REST API is not reachable. You can read
   this [documentation](https://docs.meowapps.com/troubleshooting/uj6fHzDNn6yR4tdNEcYsSg/sorry-you-are-not-allowed-to-do-that/3FAoNRnFod6YYF4c857G9J)
   to learn more. Make sure no other third party plugin is changing the REST API
   route, which could lead to this problem. Thanks!
