Hi @violeta2019,

Could you share screenshot of Instant Support Buttons plugin’s Style settings ( Settings >> Instant Support Buttons >> Style Settings )?

Hi @violeta2019,

You have added page URL instead of page id in Custom Page/Post Id option , that’s why there is not button on this page:- https://hanseatic-connect.com/services-test/
Please enter page id in “Custom Page/Post Id” option.
Don’t enter page url in Custom Page/Post Id option.
