# problem with categories

 * Hello, hope someone can help.
    I’m running the nightly with subcats and have 
   discovered that i _can_ add _sub_ categories but _not_ new _parent_ categories.
   when i try i get this: QL/DB Error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check
   the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax
   to use near ‘)’ at line 1] INSERT INTO wp_categories (cat_ID, cat_name, category_nicename,
   category_description, category_parent) VALUES (‘0’, ‘Design’, ‘design’, ‘css 
   web stuff’, ) any ideas would be appreciated 🙂

    Upgraded
   gain to the newest nightly right now and got: SQL/DB Error: [You have an error

    It looks like the last
   value is getting lost. 5 fields specified and only 4 values included doesn’t 
   seem right to me.
