# Problem with stats

 * Hi,
    I’ve got a premium license and I’m having issues with the chart,
 * It looks like the plugin is recording clicks and views but the chart always shows
   0 data points. Can you please help?
 * Also, we notice differences in Ad impressions and the actual page views reported
   by Google Analytics, cab you please advise on why that’s happening?

   site.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you 
   there.
