I successfully renewed the HTTPS using Safari. I still would like to know how to resolve the issue with Chrome. Thanks.

Hello @engine44,
The site is secure on Chrome too. Please make sure you’ve cleared your browser cache and cookies. Close the browser and try loading your site again.
Yes, the site is secure on Chrome because I renewed it on Safari. I’m afraid that the next time I try to renew using Chrome, the renewal will fail. Of course, I could always switch to Safari for renewals but I prefer to get the Chrome problem fixed.

Hello @engine44,
It is nothing specific to the browser. You can renew it on any browser. Just that after the renewal, make sure you clear your browser cache and cookies so that it doesn’t load the non-secure site that is cached.

As I said, I can’t get to the renewal point when I am on Chrome. After I copy the 3 blocks of code into GoDaddy, I press Next and the screen goes black because of Chrome. I can go no further,
@engine44 We are not able to reproduce the issue on our system this seems to be an issue with your instance of chrome. Can you try doing it in a new incognito window?
It can’t be reproduced now because the site HTTPS has been renewed using Safari. I will have to wait for the next site to come up for renewal. Then the issue can be investigated if it happens again.
So I suppose this instance is closed.
