# Problem with comments.php – causes white screen

 * Hi there,
 * I noticed on a post with a lot of comments – neary 300 – I get the white screen
   of death. There isn’t really much to go on in the error logs, but I tracked it
   down to comments.php
 * When I switch to a default WP theme, there is no problem handling the comments.
 * I’m using the lastest version of the Bootstrap theme.

 * I found a workaround to this by switching to paginate comments in the WordPress
   Discussion settings.
