# Problem with Contact Forms

 * I am using Contact Form 7 on my site, so people can contact me. I have CF7 set
   up to send email to [info@mydomain.net](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-with-contact-forms-2/info@mydomain.net?output_format=md),
   and I have [info@mydomain.net](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-with-contact-forms-2/info@mydomain.net?output_format=md)
   to forward the mail to [my-account@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-with-contact-forms-2/my-account@gmail.com?output_format=md).
   The CF7 emails never get forwarded, because when they arrive in the info mailbox,
   the from address is mysteriously set to [my-account@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-with-contact-forms-2/my-account@gmail.com?output_format=md)….
   which coincidentally(?) is the google account I used to with “Google Developer
   Console Gmail Wizard” to create the client ID. It turns out that the forwarding
   system on my host server will not forward emails that are from the forwarding
   address.
 * Do you have any suggestion for getting those contact emails sent to my gmail 
   address? (Forwarding to another local email account, which, in turn, forwards
   to my gmail account, … is not the type of solution I am looking for ;o)
