Problem with Content Blocks option being empty

    Hi,

    I’ve just discovered the lite version of Beaver Builder and have been trying it out.
    When clicking on content blocks all I get is a new blank window in the middle of the page with two ‘cancel’ buttons in it, top and bottom. No content is shown at all.

    Am I doing something wrong?
    I understand that the templates option only shows in the ‘paid for’ versions so I know that wont appear.

    I’ve tried the plugin with not other active plugins.

    I am facing the same problem.I removed all other plugins,still not working.

    Hey guys,

    Thanks for posting! What do you mean content blocks? Can you elaborate? Are you able to take a screenshot and possibly post it to imgur, then paste the link here so we can see? Also, have you tried using another theme and check if you get the same problem? Let us know.

    Hey guys,

    It seems you’re all using the same theme Tesseract. The BB Lite Version doesn’t have that Content Blocks item on the menu. I’m guessing it’s part of the bundle you got with your theme. I’d suggest getting in touch with the theme dev instead. 🙂

    Did anybody figure out how to fix the content blocks I’m having the same problem and I don’t have any other plug-in installed beside the beaver builder and the tesseract theme 2 the new one

    Hey Marcd233,

    Thanks for posting! Content Blocks is a feature added by your theme. You’ll need to get in touch with the theme author for a fix. Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you.

    Has anyone resolved this… I have some new info that may assist.

    I too am using Tessaract 2 and experienced that same problem Content Blocks being blank.

    I was using a Child Theme created from Tessaract 2 (created using One – Click Child Theme). I could not get my Content Blocks to show… however if I switched back to the original Tessaract Theme I can see my Content blocks images.

    So now I’m thinking that my child theme was not created with all the relevant info.

    Could someone please assist me on what to do on my child theme to get this to work?

    Sorry to say but the Content Blocks is a feature added by the theme. I’d suggest getting in touch with the theme authors.
