# Problem with Critical Error

 * Installed WebStories plugin and I get this error when trying to click New Story
   or use a template.
 * “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin
   email inbox for instructions.”
 * I ran HealthCheck & Troubleshooting in troubleshooting mode with all other plugins
   disabled except WebStories and still got this error.
 * I would love some help solving this problem.
