 * Delayed responses and no feed back on my request
 * Add to cart pop or modal not working. I used the catch-foodmania theme as the
   default operating on the latest WP Framework. I can not add item to basket talk
   more of the add-ons.
 * I was on chat support for few minutes, later there was no response from Sagar
   or any available person despite the status showing Online. I waited for 4 hours
   without any response. I also made Twitter contact asides the WP Plugin Support
   page. Kindly assist in looking it this issue as it is very critical.
 * When I minimized the zoom level of the browser, I could see the pop spooling 
   process but the POP didn’t show up nor is the item added to cart.
