# Problem with customize

 * Hi,
 * I am using wordpress 4.4.1 and I have installed WPGlobus 1.4.1. I have the following
   problems:
 * – in the Appearance -> Customize when I try to change certain things (e.g. footer
   text, email address), what happens is that I make a change and as the mouse hovers
   over the Save and Publish button, the text is reverted back to what was previously
   adding a “|||null” at the end. You can see it in my website here: [http://www.croissantstories.com/](http://www.croissantstories.com/).
   The same things happens with the email address.
 * I have checked with my theme provider and the problem does not lie with the theme.
   I actually disabled WPGlobus plugin and made the changes I wanted to footer text
   for example and they work ok. So I nail down the problem to WPGlobus plugin.
 * Can you help?
 * – in a lot of cases (e.g. when an email notification is sent) the title of the
   site appears as ” {:en}Site name in English{:}{:gr} site name in greek{:} ” instead
   of plain ” site name “. Is there a way to correct this?
 * Example: when I added a new user, the mail I received was:
 * New user registration on your site {:en}Croissant stories{:}{:gr}croissant stories{:}:

    I have just checked
   email after registration new user on my test site, it’s works fine. I need more
   info about your site’s configuration

   standard theme and make check

 * Hi,
 * so I changed to the classic themes but there is no footer customization in these
   themes. In my theme there is a footer section and the problem is there.
