# Problem with customizer

   How to solve this problem?

 * Just to clarify, have you already tried with another browser and the issue persists,
   or otherwise?
 * I went ahead with checking out the source code of the site at [https://kot-dymohod.com.ua/](https://kot-dymohod.com.ua/)
   and [it appears you are using the latest version](https://kot-dymohod.com.ua/wp-content/themes/storefront/style.css?ver=4.3.0)
   of the Storefront theme (version 4.3.0).
 * To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
 * Could you share a screenshot of the screen where the other settings are absent,
   please? [https://snipboard.io/](https://snipboard.io/) is a good (online) tool
   of choice for sharing it here.
 * Additionally, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You
   can find it via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select `Get system report` and then `
   Copy for support`.
