Problem with cyrillic usernames

    I am using “Import Users From CSV With Meta” version 1.9.6 and it doesn’t importing users with cyrillic usernames.

    We also have a problem with two usernames one of which has capitalized letters and another hasn’t. For example: “Yuliya Cherniy” and “yuliya cherniy” are similar users. They have different emails, but plugin doesn’t recognize that it’s two different persons and doesn’t download them as two different users.

    Hello,

    In order to use cyrillic you have to use UTF-8.

    WordPress recognize those as the same user, so use real different usernames to avoid this problem.
