Hi,
thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
I’m not exactly sure, but I think that the two Extensions are not compatible, as they both modify the JS filtering. 🙁

Tobias
Thanks for your quike reply.
I have observed the following thing that let me think that the two plugins might be compatible.
When I enter a value in the searchbox, then results appear, and then the select boxes are active (possible values are those from appearing results).
Do you think it id possible to select all possible values directly from selectboxes ?.
Indeed, it is important for me to have restricted value to search, in order to guide the visitor.
I had a look on the css code from filterwidget, but it is Chineese for me.
Thanks again
Hi,
the problem basically is that the dropdowns are indeed only filled with the values that are currently present in the table. When the search field is empty (with the Inverted Filtering Extension active), there are no entries in the table and therefore, there’s nothing to show in the dropdowns.
Changing this would require modifying the ColumnFilterWidgets JavaScript file. However, as I’m not the developer of that, but only make it available as a TablePress Extension, I have no idea how that would have to look like. Sorry 🙁

Tobias
Hi,
Ok, it is very clear. I will try to contact the developper of ColumnFilterWidget.
Have a good day
Brice
Hi,
yes, that’s probably the best way to proceed here.
Best wishes,
Tobias
Tobias,
A last question : I can’t find the name of the developper of ColumnFilterWidgets JavaScript file. Could you help me again ?
Regards
Brice
(I have just rated the plugin)
Hi,
the GitHub repository at https://github.com/cyberhobo/ColumnFilterWidgets might be the best place.
