# Problem with date on Widget

 * I put the widget for VSEL on the homepage of this website but it was showing 
   the wrong date, showing instead a day earlier (i.e for an event on the 25th MArch,
   the date in the widget says the 24th March)
 * I’ve had to remove this from the homepage as to not confuse visitors, but really
   want to put it back on there. How can I fix this problem?

 * My plugin uses the server date, which should be the same as the one in your Dashboard
   > Settings > General. Did you already take a look at that page?

    Sorry it’s taken a while for me to get back on this, and sort the problem.
 * Still having issues. I updated the plugin and checked the server date as suggested,
   but it’s still showing the wrong date – a day too early for the events – when
   in the widget.
 * I have used your plugin on another site and have no issues.
 * Is it perhaps clashing with another plugin?

 * Hi,
 * Because this topic is quite old I did not notice your response before.
 * The only thing I can think of is a wrong date setting in your dashboard (Settings
   > General), but if that’s not the case it can always be a conflict with another
   plugin (or even your theme). To find out you should de-activate all your plugins
   one by one and see what happens.
