 * Hi.
 * We have a webpage with two languages: spanish (default language) and basque.
   We are using Polylang and wordpress 5.9.2.
    The plugin takes spanish well for
   plugin managment and cookie banner, but when we generate cookie policy, almost
   all the document is in english. How can i get it in spanish. I take these steps
   from another topic: “_Could you please check the following: 1. Is your site language
   set to Spanish? (WordPress -> Settings -> General) 2. Is your user language set
   to Spanish or Site default (WordPress -> User -> My Profile) 3. If 1. and 2 are
   true, please force update language files (WordPress -> Dashboard -> Updates -
   > (scroll down) update translations)“
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fproblem-with-document-language%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi [@asiergana](https://wordpress.org/support/users/asiergana/),
 * According to the steps you posted, can I assume that you have already tried updating
   your translation files under _Dashboard > Updates > Update Translations_? If
   the button is not available, please try updating any plugin or theme as this
   will also check for translation updates.
 * I’ve installed PolyLang and translated the Cookie Policy to Spanish on a testing
   website, which [does work as expected](https://zevozi.us.instawp.xyz/index.php/es/cookies-es/).
 * Hope it helps!
    Kind regards, Jarno

 * Hi again.
 * After seen your example and I have seen polylang configuration because your url
   includes country reference (/es/cookies-es).
 * Now it works. The problem was that I was seleted on ULR modifications “The language
   is from content” and it’s necessary to use “The language is set from the directory
   name in pretty permalinks”.
 * Thanks a lot for your help.
