 * Hi,
 * I’ve been using the plugin for 2 years with no problems. I have a drop in box
   on my site that drops in one time at the beginning of a visitor’s visit to the
   site. The settings are set to only show on “desktop” as I don’t want the drop
   in box showing on mobile.
 * All of a sudden after changing my site to https, the drop in box shows on mobile
   now. How do I fix this? Please advise.
 * Thanks,
    Susie Truett

 * Hello there,
 * Thanks for reaching out to us. Let’s see what we can do.
 * I don’t think I’ve received any other reports of this, so I’m not sure why it’s
   happening.
 * First go edit your form, and make sure it is set to Desktop Only still. Even
   if it is I want you to save the form again, just to be sure.
 * Then make sure Optin Cat is fully updated, and test it out again.
 * We did at some pointy change the screen sizes this setting effects. I took a
   look at your site, and the form did not show for me on a smaller screen, and
   did on a larger one. So if you are using a tablet, or phablet, that would explain
   why you’re seeing the form now.We want these forms to show on these devices,
   as they are not considered as a “mobile device” in terms of Google search algorithm,
   based on screen size. So there is no harm in having them appear.
 * Details on that here: [https://fatcatapps.com/interstitials-update/](https://fatcatapps.com/interstitials-update/)
 * Let us know if what you find, and if you still need assistance with this.
 * Thanks,
