# Problem with dropdown menu

 * Hi! First of all thanks for very usefull and great addon!
 * Lately I have problem with dropdown on menu item – It is visible in elementor
   editor, but when I go to regular site on PC, or mobile, it is completly not visible(
   which means on mobile navigation doesn`t working at all). 🙁
    I was looking for
   addon problems, but when I turn off your plugin, dropdown in normal menu works
   fine. Can you help me please somehow?

 * I have checked the HFE header and Nav menu widget. It is working fine at our 
   end.
 * Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate
   your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
 * If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge
   the cache.
 * Also, temporarily switch to other themes like Twenty-Twenty to check if the issue
   resolves.
 * We hope this resolves the issue.
