# Problem with Edit Image

 * When I click on an image Edit Image, the screen appears but it remains blanc.
   How to do?

 * Can you please check your functions.php file in theme folder?
 * The problem which caused this was that my functions.php file had a closing
 *     ```
       ?>
       ```
   
 * at the very end. For whatever reason this is what cause the issue and by removing
   this last line it was working again.

 * Same problem, with image broken link when i’m in the image editor, but there 
   is no ?> at the end of the function.php of my theme folder.
 * i’ve already try to delete the entire DB, and install a totally new version of
   WordPress, the error is still here. Same with removing all the empty line in 
   the function.php.

 * Hi,
 * I have the same problem on a newly installed WordPress 4.0. I don’t have any 
   plugin installed and I use the twenty fourteen theme.
    I can add an image in 
   the media library, I can see it in the “attachment details” window but if I click
   on the “Edit image” button instead of the image I have a red cross. Any idea?
