    Hello. Since some months, when the AWPCP plugin send the ad renewal email, it is always with a blank subject. The field in the settings page is correctly filled, but the email subject is always blank. Any idea?

    Sorry that you ran into issues here!

    Can you tell me a bit more?
    – What version of WP are you running here?
    – What exact version of AWPCP? (number, please)
    – Have you tried using the mail tracking plugin we suggest here? http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/problems-with-email-and-awpcp/ Do you see a valid subject in there?

    That may help shed some light on this.

    Hi. I’m sorry for the missing informations.

    1. I’m running WP 4.9.2 but the problem persist since some months with version 4.8, 4.7, ecc… so this problem occourred not only with this specific version.
    2. Now the AWPCP plugin installed in my WP is version 4.17.44 (as for WP, the problem was the same with previous versions of plugin)
    3. No. I’ve installed it now. I will check at the first occurence.

    The weird thing is that other emails (confirmation for ad renewal, notice for new ads, etc.) are perfect. The only issue is with the expiration email.

    UPDATE: the log file in WP Mail Log reports that email has no subject at all.
