 * Testing out the plugin and can’t seem to get the export function to work properly,
regardless of which file type I choose. After I click “start now”, I get a page
with all the data on it, but all the data are on a single row. I can’t import
it into excel or any other program and have it recognize when a new row begins.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
    Alex

 * You should get prompted to save the export as a file. If your not it’s probably
another plugin outputting something before we run (most likely a space or blank
line) which interferes with the export.
 * Try disabling your other plugins until the export works.

 * Thanks for the quick reply. I actually don’t have any other plugins installed
right now. I switched back to a standard WP theme, and that didn’t seem to fix
it either. Should I try reinstalling?

 * Take a look at the page source (usually ctl-U in your browser) and see if there
are any messages (like “unable to set header”) near the top of the page.
 * You can probably also just copy/paste the contents of the page source in to a
text editor and save it as a csv file (or whatever format you selected).

 * Thanks so much for the help, Greg. I couldn’t see any messages in the page source,
but your idea of copying the contents of the page source worked perfectly. Thank
   you!!!
 * Totally different question…is there a way to get the IP geocode automatically
appended to the database, or do I need to use a 3rd party service? I see that
I can click to get the IP geocoded one at a time (which is cool), but I wasn’t
sure if there was a more automatic way to have that happen. Thank you again for
   the great help!

 * Something is sending out an extra character before we run the export code, which
is blocking the http headers we send to tell the browser to do a “save as” instead
of displaying the file. It’s often hard to track down what is doing it, but you
can use the manual workaround as well.
 * You can enable the GeoIP code by going to Statistics->Settings->GeoIP and configuring
   it.
