# Problem with external server… help!!!

 * Hi,
    I’m desperate… I have my web site hosted with Dreamhost and server mail (
   mail.mydomain.com) in other hoster (with Dedicated Server).
 * If I try to use the external mail server (mail.mydomain.com) mailing delivery
   become more more slowly…. about 1 minute to send 1 mail! 🙁
    In addition to this
   if I try to send “email test” from MailPoet, web page show me error message: “
   Request error not Json”.
 * Email test arrive to destination but system load for 1 minute…
    Also if I try
   to send a newsletter the waiting times are very long.
 * I tried to test external mail server from my pc and working good; I tried also
   to contact Dreamhost support but they told me that server it is ok.
 * What could be the problem? :'(

 * I can try to add a Reverse DNS on my Dreamhost hosting… but I don’t know if I
   will solve problem… :'(

 * Try to increase your server memory with this plugin to 128M [https://wordpress.org/plugins/change-memory-limit/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/change-memory-limit/)
