# Problem with FTP backups

 * What is wrong? I can connect and created files/folders with my FTP client…

    Seems
   like your FTP server is behind a NAT, please try to enable ** FTP Passive Mode**
   in **FTP specific setting** section. I hope that it could help!

    Sorry

   Also, please enable debug log before running the job, BackWPUp -> Settings ->
   Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ), so I will know better what could
   go wrong there( I would know I got a typo in the previous package if debug log
   enabled 😶) Thank you!
