Problem with gallery on WP

    Hello, I have this WordPress site with Elementor and I have a problem with the Photonic plugin. I am able to load the album and see it as soon as I publish the article with the album inside, but after a while I can no longer see the photos and it seems as if the photos are no longer present in Google Photos. I insert the link to view the problem. Could you give me a hand?

    You can refer to the FAQ question that says, “After all the pain I got Google Photos working yesterday, but today my galleries don’t show up. Why?”

    Website caching will not work with Google Photos URLs. If you want to use a caching plugin, you will either have to turn off caching for the pages with Google Photos, or you have to use the JS load mode.

    I try to figure out how to do what you said! however I wanted to let you know that if I’m logged in to WordPress I see the photos, if I go as a standard visitor I don’t see them.

    Many caching plugins don’t show pages from the cache if you are logged in. That is why you don’t see the issue when you are logged in.

    I don’t think you are using the JS mode. When I “View Source” for your site, your site is still showing the generated gallery. If you use the JS mode, the “View source” will simply show the shortcode.

    That is not the right option. “Layout processing mode” (or layout engine) is different from “Loading mode” (which is under Photonic → Settings → Generic Options → Advanced → Loading Mode).

    sorry for disturb. I’ve modify like you said. For some hour i can see pics on album, but the next day i can’t.

    In that case you have a conflict with another plugin, which is preventing you from saving Photonic options. Try changing another option: you are likely to see the same issue there.
    You will need to find the conflicting plugin and disable that.
