Problem with GTranslate

Hi,

I am working with GTranslate plugin on this website. And it works but not the way I want.

The website is not translated since I get the first view of the website. So every time, after setting any language except English, if the website reloads, it shows contents in English at first and then after the page is loaded, everything translated to that language. But this is not what I want. I do not want to show users English (when English is not selected). Following is the placeholder for a header which is translated after GTranslate plugin.
