Problem with header

    Hi,
    We are tryng to insert an image in the header of the PDF generated.
    In the PDF created an error appears in the place where the image should be.
    Please see the link:

    The PDF CSS in DK plugin is:

    h4 {
    text-align:center;
    font-size:10px;
    font:futura;
    color:#404040;
    }
    img {
    margin-right:10px;
    width:44px;
    }
    title {
    font-size:26px;
    padding-bottom:40px;
    }

    Hi,
    it seems that the URL of the image is not valid or not accessible.
    Can you prove that twice?
