    Hello,
    I am designing our new website with Elementor, in a test platform that is not yet public.

    I activated your Header and Footer module, however after I click “Header Footer” in the left menu under Elementskit in the wordpress dashboard nothing shows up, I am left with a grey page with only the wordpress menu on the left but no content in the page. What is happening?

  • I’ve encountered the same problem and have been attempting to contact the Elementskit support team since earlier, but with no success. My issue is with the desktop version layout; all menus have disappeared, and the logo has merged with the first column. Additionally, a sudden appearance of the website’s tagline and a number (presumably a phone number) has occurred. In the mobile version, the hamburger menu is also malfunctioning, making it difficult for me to access my menu. I hope their support team can provide assistance promptly.

    Greetings. I apologize for the delay in response. I assure you that the ElementsKit header is working perfectly in our testing environment.

    Please clear all caches from your website, including plugins, browsers, servers, and CDNs like Cloudflare. Next, regenerate the CSS and sync the library from Dashboard > Elementor > Tools.

    If the issue persists, please run a conflict test.

    • Deactivate all plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit.
    • Switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Hello Elementor or Twenty Twenty Two.
    • Check if the issue persists.
    • Reactivate plugins one by one, testing after each activation.
    • Identify the conflicting plugin or theme.

    If the problem persists, it would be very helpful if you could provide a visual example of the issue, such as a screencast video, even if your website is not yet published. Additionally, please send us your system information from Dashboard > Elementor > System Information.

    Please follow these steps and inform us if you encounter any difficulties or need additional assistance.
