Hi Are you using yoast or some kind of seo related plugin. Have you check after deactivating all the plugin.

Yes I’m using Yoast but I will not deactivate Yoast, I will instead deactivate your plugin.

Its not related to Yoast. Its a small piece of bug in the plugin setting of our plugin.
