Problem with inserting WP-Statistics in sidebar

    Hello there, I did the following steps:

    1- Upload wp-statistics to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
    2- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

    But while I try to add this extension in the sidebar of my theme, at first I get this error:

    An error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.

    In farsi:
    خطایی رخ داد. لطفا صفحه را دوباره بارگزاری کنید و سپس دوباره سعی کنید.

    How can I fix this issue?
