# Problem with javascript message not activated

 * Good evening friends, I have a problem, when trying to make a payment the plugin
   throws me the following error in the payment window:
 * “JavaScript has been disabled in this browser. Please enable it or update your
   browser to place this order.”
 * This problem is false since javascript is fully allowed, I have already tried
   on more than 10 different computers and they all show the same result, including
   in the browser of my smartphone.
 * Could you please help me?

 * Thank you Jose for reaching out, as this plugin does activate JavaScript, you
   will need to ensure that the computer and the site are allowing JavaScript.
 * Is it possible you have JavaScript disabled on your site that could be causing
   this?
